Feeling Thankful.

Lately everyone has had really sweet 'i'm thankful' posts and I'd love to get in on the action. I've been feeling very thankful and blessed lately. I was reading a fellow bloggers recent post (I don't know how to add a link sorry haha). But it was about Angels being among us. And i think that is so true. I have to share a story! I hope this doesn't embarrass anyone haha. So, alot of Sundays, my husband works. So, most Sundays, i sit alone during Sacrament meeting in the back of the room. Sometimes, I can't help but see all the families and feel kinda silly being alone. A few Sundays ago, I was sitting in my usual spot, when a little boy, S, came up to me and said.. "Sister Hess, do you want to come sit with my family and you can hold my baby sister if you want" How sweet is that? So i got my bags and sat with his family. And just that simple act of kindness from the B family really stuck with me. I thought it was so absolutely kind of them to see me and think to ask me to join them. I do believe that there truly are angels among us. They don't have to do huge mighty things to be noticed. But small acts of kindness... they sure go a long way. What a beautiful example that family was to me. I'm grateful for that!
