When I got married, i really had to LEARN what "saving" meant. All through high school I didn't really save for anything besides that new shirt I wanted at American Eagle.. or any other frivolous thing I wished for. I just bought whatever i wanted all the time. When I got married my spending life got turned around and i didn't really like this evil thing called "saving". I've learned ALOT in the past (almost) 2 years and I've come a long way! But I was going to share a quick weird random thing about me. Even at the very beginning of our marriage, one thing that I am SO. ABSOLUTELY. CHEAP. and thrifty with is LAUNDRY DETERGENT. I can NOT explain it! When I do a load of laundry I'm thinking..... "Do i REALLY want to use my good detergent on this load? Is there anything that someone will smell on me in there?" So i whip out my giant box of cheap powder stuff and use it. What is my problem? Out of all the things to be cheap with and try to SAVE ... Laundry Detergent??? Who knows. But Tide Total Care? It's the bomb.
