As some of you may know, The Hubs has been kinda ill. It all started last year. Remember my "TRIP TO THE ER" post? Where he had some serious stomach problems and threw up everything he ate? Yeah, the doctors never found out what was wrong, and he got better. Then he started to get some pretty extreme weakness and fatigue. Heavy feeling limbs, and had to be put on light duty at work due to it. Even the smallest of things would wear him out. Again, all the doctors couldn't find what was wrong... and he got better. Come last month and he started to feel the weakness creeping on him again. We went to our wards YW date night and came home and that night there was a Nascar race on (i loathe Nascar) so i laid in the bed while he stayed on the couch and watched the race. At about 1am I woke up very suddenly and realized Dusty wasn't in bed and felt weird and wrong. And at that exact moment Dusty comes into the bedroom, very upset, telling me he'd just had a seizure and woke up on the floor. How very scary!! Another trip to the ER..where of course..the Doctors find nothing wrong. We head home and go to sleep. The next night, Dusty is afraid to go to sleep because the first seizure happened while he was dozing off late at night. So he makes the mistake of trying to stay awake on the couch. He goes upstairs to use the bathroom and says he doesn't remember anything but waking up on the floor upstairs with the same signs that he'd had another seizure. More doctors visits.. medicine.. staying home from work.. the anxiety.. a trip to Vanderbilt.....Nothing has been found and it is surely frustrating. I swear Dusty is going to be on that Discovery Health show Mystery Diagnosis. Say a prayer for him?
On a happier note... I came home from work the other day, where Dusty was cooking fajitas for dinner. Yum. The special part, was that he'd bought and chopped up a pepper and onion for me. he HATES peppers and onions :) Then to make it even better.. he did the dishes after we ate, I absolutely HAD to take a picture. Its such a rare site ;)

Every time I watch that show I think of Dusty! I hope they figure out what is going on soon, I hate for him to be sick.
I can't believe he cooked AND did the dishes!:)
Has he had an MRI? Wow, I am praying for ya'll. Hope you figure it out soon.
I'm so sorry Stefanie. I know how hard it is to have someone you love have a mystery health problem and there isn't anything you can do to help. I've told you before about Noelle. I will definitely keep your fam in my prayers.
I cannot believe how sick Dusty has been. That is so scary for both of you to go through. I hope & pray that someone will find the answer & help him get better. =) Hang in there. And what a good hubby to have made dinner & do the dishes!!!
