You know, I think alot about Motherhood. I wanted to be a mom for as long as I can remember. I always had baby dolls when i was a little girl. I literally prayed for my baby dolls at night. I remember reciting our prayer and at the end i'd say "God Bless Mommy, Daddy, Jessi, Stefanie, Danielle, Vivian, Mary, and Annie." The last 4 being baby dolls. Growing up my Dream job was a "baby nurse". I pretty much was obsessed with babies. Right before I got married I got this fear of having children though. I didn't want to have any for a while. I was scared that I couldn't handle a difficult child, and then there was this fear that i wouldn't be able to have children. Although I obviously changed my mind, it wasn't a speedy thing, me getting pregnant. I remember the day I found out I was finally pregnant, I dropped to my knees crying, praying to Heavenly Father "Thank you, thank you, thank you" over and over again. Motherhood has been kind to me so far. I've been given such a sweet, delicious baby. How on earth did I deserve such a perfect little angel?? All I know is I sure am blessed. I came across this poem a few years ago on a friends blog and it has stuck with me ever since. It put a knot in my throat then, and it brings a tear to my eye now. I love it....

You are so cute. and so is deacon. and you are a wonderful mother!!! :) I hope I can be one soon!
Those last two pictures are so cute. And I had that same reaction when I found out I was pregnant with my first, and my second, and yes, even my third. There's no blessing equal to carrying a child. And your Deacon sure is a cute one.
