Ah.. Sisterhood

So if you didn't know, My sister recently moved to South Carolina with her awesome fiance, Russell. It was almost like it didn't feel like she was leaving so it never really sunk in to me. Well, a couple of days ago, a good friend/ coworker of mine's sister got killed in a car accident on wednesday. It was a tragic accident that has caused not only my co-worker but effected everyone in the office. For me, the same evening, my sister was traveling from SC to visit us here in Madtown. I was SOOO worried! But she made it safe and sound. I didn't get to see her very much due to grown up responsibilities (aka WORK.). But i am glad I got to see her at all. I love my sister very much and even though sometimes we can bicker and fight, I'll Always love her VERY much . I just really lately have been appreciating the family I have.. and that we are all healthy and here for one another. I love you all, Fam! :)

R.I.Pieces.

There was once a time when these pumps were my absolute favorite pair of heels. One fine day me and my mom went out to do what we do best, shop! We like to hit up stores like Marshalls and TJMaxx and stuff to see if we can find any good deals. So this day we happen to go into Rugged Wearhouse. I was not excited to go in because they usually have junk haha. We mosied our way on back to the shoes where i found these black pumps! I fell in love with them because not only were they the ONLY pair.. they were my size...they were also a little wider for my pudgey feet! haha. The best part about them? They were only $4!! I know, Great deal! I seriously wore the heck out of them. Not too long ago my lovely pup chewed one of my pumps front off and i was LIVID! I couldn't bare the thought of my one of a kind cheapo rugged wearhouse shoes being ruined! So i kept them in the hall closet hoping for a miracle or something. So the other day I sat the shoes by the door to throw them out later. Ellie sniffed em out and chewed them up enough to where i could never ever wear them again. I'll probably never find another pair of heels that i'll love as much as I did these...I'll miss You Rugged Wearhouse $4 black pumps!!!!

I just can't seem to find anything interesting (besides American Idol) to post about anymore. I guess I'll just have to resort to just saying what's been going on in my life and what's been new! So here lately, that would be nothing much haha. Right now my gums are in terrible pain because my wisdom teeth are bustin through and one on the top is almost fully in. It's growing out of the SIDE of my gums!! Really freaky, i know! I tried to call the Dentist yesterday but kept getting a voicemail. So i calld today and the lady said that my Dentist was out until NEXT monday!What'll I do til then? Oh well.. So next wednesday I'm going for a change with my hair again haha. I enjoyed the brown-ness for a couple months but i'm ready to be blonde again! So here i come summer hair! Anyway...Remember my post about being baby crazy? Turns out.. nothing has changed haha. Well, i take that back, it's changed a little bit in the fact that my baby fever has reached a new HIGH! Oh what to do what to do. I'm getting more and MORE excited for Mandi's baby boy to come this summer! I got the OK from her to get the baby fever out of my system by holding her little one when i want to haha. That may have a reverse solution to my problem haha. Oh well :) My Sunday school class is still a bit.. rowdy. By the advice given to me... i may have to call some parents which i totally do not want to do. Tell me, How mortified would you be if I called you to tell you that your lovely child was a total disturbance to my class! Would you want me to tell you or not? Just wondering!! My mom gave me a big box of pictures of me and my sister when we were little kids a couple weeks ago and I still can't stop looking at them. they are so precious! haha. I'll have to load some of them up here later today. I absolutely love looking at old pictures. Since yesterday was St. patty's day, my family of coruse made Corned Beef and Cabbage (a tradition!). it's probably my favorite meal of the whole year, no joke! I was really excited that Dusty was off work and that he'd be able to come try it because he'd never had it! He was warming up to the idea the closer it got to the day of trying the food. (Dusty is extremely picky if you didn't know haha) So I text Dusty monday afternoon and said "Don't forget about dinner at my grandmas!" And he said he didn't feel good... CLASSIC excuse i thought. Turns out he really didn't and I got a "I just puked my guts out" text not too long after. And if you don't know, puke=my 2nd worst fear haha. I must say i was anxious coming home btu he seemed to be feeling better and had pizza later on for dinner. Oh well :). Alrighty i'll stop babbling on about nothing and get back to 'work' ;)....Have a great day!!

American Idol....

ONCE AGAIN! David Cook did the BEST! i LOVED his version of the Song Eleanor Rigby! And ya know what? My dog is named partly after that song! When I thought of the name Ellie, i'd always sing Eleanor Rigby and the name Eleanor stuck. So Thank You, David Cook.. for singing my puppies song! He did it on purpose, yes he did!!!! ;)

will make u question why you are my friend. Even if you don't know me and just read my blog, you may never want to return. What i'm about to show you is a video of me and Dusty after i first got my laptop. We are just playing around with the effects the webcam can do and i must say, i think it is hilarious. Everytime I watch this clip i laugh out loud! So, turn your volume down because i have a mighty loud voice in this video haha. By no means is this video rated anothing but G.. so don't be scared haha!

Gosh Darn!

aw man :( I really wanted Danny Noriega to stay in the competition!! Am i the ONLY person who liked him? Dusty sure didn't like him, but something about him i just really liked! I'm mad Chikoozie didn't go home instead :\....anybody agree with me? Or am I all alone on this one...haha

I've finally decided...

So I think that i've finally decided on my absolute favorite. From the beginning I've REALLY enjoyed, David Cook, David Hernandez, And you know what? Gosh darn, I just love that Danny Noriega guy for some reason haha. I never really had a crazy thing for David Archuletta, I do like him now but I seriously do not get the crazy hype about him!! haha. No offense to all you gals who totally are goo-goo-ga-ga over him! He is totally cute and a good singer, and he'll probably win, i just am not his biggest fan haha. But ANYWAY, so this whole competition so far i have Not been able to decide between the guys i like, which one is my favorite?! Well, last night set the record straight for me. David Cook is by far my FAVORITE contestant on American Idol... there hasn't been ONE performance of his that i don't like. Even Dusty (who religiously watches the show with me haha) is a fan of David Cook. He just has the best voice to me (not to mention he is smokin hot ;) I just thought i'd let it be known... GO DAVID COOK!!!!
